MotorLand Aragón
MotorLand Aragon is a multifunctional complex consisting of three dedicated areas: sports, technology and leisure and culture. This diversity of spaces and contents provide the facilities with their own identity, based on a model that turn them into something unique, the essence of which is always the passion for motoring.
The circuit was designed by German architect Hermann Tilke in conjunction with the British architectural business Foster and Partners. Formula One driver Pedro de la Rosa was a technical and sporting consultant on the project.
The facility has been designed to include three main areas: a technology park, a sports area and a leisure and cultural area. The technology park includes research and training facilities related to the motor industry, the sports area includes the circuit (with several layouts), a karting track and various gravel tracks, while the leisure and cultural area includes a hotel, business centre and shopping facilities.
