Las Vegas Strip Circuit
Spanning 3.8 miles, with 17 high-speed turns and two DRS zones, the Las Vegas Strip Circuit™ offers adrenaline-pumping racing against the backdrop of Las Vegas’ nighttime glamour.
Drivers will reach breathtaking speeds of up to 215mph as they jockey for position and race past iconic landmarks, hotels and casinos and down the legendary Las Vegas Strip.
Designed by Carsten Tilke, the son of Formula One circuit designer Hermann Tilke, the circuit broke ground in March 2022 and opened on November 16, 2023, during the weekend of the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix.
This track has been designed to include part of Las Vegas Boulevard, commonly known as the Las Vegas Strip. The cars pass several local landmarks, which are illuminated at night. The city has given Formula One permission to use the streets needed for the race for ten years. When the race was announced for March 2022, the track layout included 14 turns. It was later revised with the addition of a chicane, bringing the number of corners to 17.
